Treatment Plan
Patients
will be randomized to one of three treatment regimens: Group 1: Cisplatin/Vinorelbine every 21 days, Group 2: Cisplatin/Docetaxel every 21 days and Group 3: Cisplatin/Gemcitabine every 21 days. Surgery will take
place within 30 days post pre-registration.

tx within 5 yrs of randomization
§
No
hx of prior/concurrent malignancy
§
Node
negative
§
Tumor
> 2cm and <6cm on CT scan
§
Known
or suspected Stage I NSCLC
